📦 Shipping & Logistics Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore only, including both:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan)

  • Singapore

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

  • Singapore: 5–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or remote area delivery.

4. Shipping Rates

West Malaysia - RM8++ (or FREE over RM188)*

East Malaysia - RM15++ (or FREE over RM288)*

Singapore - RM115++ (or FREE over RM488)*

6. Order Tracking

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. If you did not receive one, please contact us at [your customer support email].

7. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Any returned parcels due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery fee.
