All items purchased from Thesensecollection.myshopify.com.

(except jewellery, bags, lingerie, and discounted items) are eligible for exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery, depending on your location.

We do not encourage returns due to dissatisfaction after trying on. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering and only purchase if the sizing fits you.

Note: Returns and exchanges apply only to unworn and unwashed items. 

Return shipping costs are not covered by Thesensecollection.myshopify.com. We recommend using a cost-effective, trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number to monitor the return.

Jewellery, bags, lingerie, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. 

Please note: Product colors may vary by 20-30% due to lighting and screen settings; this is not considered a defect. 

Measurements may differ by 1-2 cm due to material stretch and measurement methods.
